Maintaining your lighting is important to make sure they last a very long time, regardless of any warranties you may have. Over time lamps may go out, landscapers may bury fixtures in mulch or sometimes they may even cut underground wires. Although, with this maintenance program we will take care of all of that for an affordable price.
We do the following:
- Clean fixtures and lenses
- Check for voltage at the fixtures
- Check for amperage at the transformer
- Make sure all underground wire is still buried
- Check the timers functionality etc
- We have a comprehensive check list that we go through
Do you have an old system that needs some TLC?
We even offer ongoing maintenance on existing systems that we did not install. In these cases we must first do a site visit to make sure that the system is safely installed. Often times it will need a "check up" to get it up to snuff before the maintenance program can begin. This is a great way to make sure your beutiful lighting can last a long time and also important to catch bigger potential issues before they happen. We can run tests that might signify underground connections that may not be watertight anymore!
